We've seen them in Tennessee, Kentucky and all along the ICW...eagle like birds, nesting in the channel markers...feeding their young....but TODAY Floyd pointed one out and I was finally in the right spot at the right time to get a great photo.
Hey, Hey, Hey.....Went to the bird book and found that the possible identity of your bird could be an osprey. They are very similar to eagles, with large similar nests, but are slimmer and not quite as large. They love to fish. We had a beautiful day today. High around 80 light winds. Went to Chanute hit the pharmacy, WalMart and went to the show and saw Angles and Demons. Really good. Would recommend. Sounds like things have cleared. And the Captain is doing really well in his navigations. Be great and be safe. We miss you. LB and BB
