Tuesday morning we zipped over to self service pump out...through the Chicago lock and downtown ...making our way to the free docks at Joliet Illinois...where for the first time in a week we don’t have to run the generator...we are plugged in just fine.  Waited an hour and a half to get through the Lockport Lock but that sure beat the 50+ hours we waited the last time we passed this way....and lucky for us we are 12” shorter and could sneak under those lower bridges...it was all good!
