Just so you know...these things never work as originally planned...
Return to boat mid-April...attend Looper Rendezvous and begin visiting points of interest on Chesapeake Bay
June and July ...NYC, Hudson River and north through Lake Champlain and Champlain canal... Into Montreal and Ottowa...Canada....Rideau and Trent-Severn canal systems
We plan to return to the states and put boat in heated indoor storage on Lake Michigan by August 15th.....we do plan to travel south to St Charles to finish our second loop...but then back up the way we came ...we want to spend time north for a few summers...exploring Georgian Bay, North Channel and other Great Lakes...hoping to have friends and relatives aboard!!!
We have started the purchase of a new Thor Axis RV...dealer in Elkhart ID has agreed to pick us up. we'll spend a couple of days in RV training. Then we plan to drive it back to Wichita...need to arrive Wichita week of August 24th ...arrival of grand son #2 is scheduled for Sept 1....
