We didn’t go more than a mile when we were notified by the lockmaster that a small boat was wanting to go up as well and since he didn’t have a radio would we please advise him to follow us in…so we entered the Chattanooga lock…and above us this big fella was going by….pretty neat stuff! But sure made it hard to communicate with that little boat...we managed!
