We found the good burger place...but alas, it had closed at four. So off we went, to Crabby Bill's...very good meal ...we both had mahi mahi...I had fish tacos, Floyd had grilled sandwich...probably better for us than burgers and beer!! But just not the same. Dakota and I found the beach...but in the late afternoon is was crowded with tourists...we plan to take him back this morning before departure and let him run....the boy does love being in sand.

Spent a very pleasant evening visiting with John and Diane who we met in Carabelle. They had hired a crew to bring over their boat TUTE BENE. No auto pilot and a skittish first mate made that a good choice for them. They are thinking about joining us in St Pete's so we had lots to talk about. Later Mike and Lois joined us from INCH-N-ALONG. So that early bed time didn't really happen...and our Lady Shocks pounded ahead without much supervision from us.

Today we head outside to travel fast to st Pete's ...well, 7.5 MPH is pretty speedy for us.
