Thursday...today is the day...i distracted Floyd with major grocery shopping in the tiniest grocery store ever...but he was waiting when the UPS man came into the parking lot...final (we hope) toilet piece delivered. Let the work begin. ......Wish I could say it is back to normal...but we just aren't sure. Things seem to be ....yet...sounds off and maybe not. It's dicey...but weather for tomorrow is looking good so we plan to head out in the morning. Word is that Leland Marina is not an option because of shoaling and since we can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone...we'll head on the Frankfort. Thatwill put us out of the Traverse Bay into true Lake Michigan... 70 miles on our first day is a bit more than we wanted to chew. But no locks...and I'm sure there won't be any traffic to slow us down. Floyd is even talking about increasing our speed from 7 to 10 miles per hour. Where's my seat belt???? hehehe...stay tuned...it's an adventure!!!
