Soon after that we ran out of channel markers...a good sign that things are getting shallow... so guess what???? We turned around! Aren't we smart???? We had planned to head to another anchorage for one more night on the Little Tennessee...but when Floyd discovered that we had "water issues"...we opted to return to Fort Loudoun Marina...seems as the connector to the pressure pump had "popped off", emptying all our fresh water into the bilge area...we were outta water.! While we had plenty of drinking water, we thought it was an issue that needed fixing...and we didn't have the tools. We headed for the marina, just three hours away.
