Certainly not one of our more comfortable days on the water...but not the worst either...four of  us left Delaware City at 6 AM. Had great push from currents for the first 3 hours...at times we were zipping along at 12 MPH...made it to Cape May...fuel stop and slip entry ...docktails with 12 other Looper boats! Some have already been here a week waiting on weather to go north outside. We are on tap to ride the ICW to Atlantic City tomorrow. It's a little crowded here and Captain is not one to wait patiently....so ZENDO will accompany us...NJ is not known for taking good care of this waterway...we made notes and labeled problem areas....five years ago, we ran aground twice and swore we'd not do the ICW here again ...but here we are....planning and doing!! Duty calls at 7AM for the rising tide...stay tuned to see how exciting this is!
