IT'S A MIRACLE!!!!! Mark showed up at 7AM as promised and with little ado, installed that water pump ...even took the time to analyze our gas tank filler hose...did a small adjustment there...and one plus boating unit later...we left Atlantic City...again!! Was a simply delightful day on the ocean...I drove while Floyd restored order to the chaos in the salon....we even sighted a small whale....and a couple of large groups of dolphins...Captain increased our normal cruising speed a little so that we arrived at slack tide...isn't he just the best???

Tonight Manasquan NJ...where we are on a fixed dock with only one electric cord...interesting to watch me "sail" to get aboard after supper?.. We did stumble into a Devine sushi place!! Oh, the little things. Wind is dying...and it is rather pleasant on the aft deck...as always...

Tomorrow is only 48 miles into Liberty Landing Marina, Jersey City, NJ...promises to have a views of the Manhattan skyline...and we have a favorite steakhouse from our previous visit...Ed's Steakhouse....that's a short taxi ride away...we plan to treat ourselves to that tomorrow night.

Seven nights close to NYC ...I have some shows to see and an afternoon at Macy's...plus we want to visit the new World Trade exhibit...it was a big hole in the dirt when we were here five years ago. Lindsay Wasser is making plans to come for a visit...so our time will go fast...

Dakota will have a big grassy area...he thinks he'll have p-mail when he gets there....hehehehe... everyone is happy here!!
