Well, crap...that didn't go according to plan! They left and then we left....less than three miles away from the inlet and the smoke alarm in the engine room started beeping! I drove and Floyd went to investigate! Oh, bad words. Shut down the port engine!  Seems that the new water pump installed on May 8th was leaking like a sieve...we returned to Atlantic City (the most expensive marina ever) before they even knew we were gone! Calls to mechanics were answered promptly...but nothing will probably happen until tomorrow...and so we are here. I opted for a little laundry duty...Floyd had a few projects...and Dakota supervised. Oh, and the band played! We are parked just a ways from the Golden Nugget Casino...and they've had a live band playing on their outside deck...yesterday into the night...and then cranked up about one this afternoon. We hope that means they will quit earlier tonight than last night. Weather is slated to be ugly on Tuesday...and we are thinking we won't be traveling until Wednesday anyway....such is life! Break out the money...time to do a little boat repair!
