The changing of the crew has started. Becky and Larry left yesterday afternoon from Union Station to return to Fredonia. We had such a great time, too many laughing moments to mention, and yet somehow managed to stay out of trouble. They saw what they wanted to see in DC and we managed to give them a taste of all the boating pleasures. We hadn't counted on them seeing the boating trials and tribulations, but Jim Henry was still working on our transmission their first day aboard. That was rather tricky, but we somehow survived. I do know they will appreciate the roomy train compartment and the space they have at home ever so much more now that they have experienced the lovely confines of a 36' boat. They didn't leave before we had the Kodak moment of those new TUMBLEWEED crew shirts...made us ever so proud. Seems kinda lonely in here without them.
