On Saturday, we were pleased to have Kathy and her husband Bill (known far and wide as Mr and Mrs Sweetie) join us aboard the TUMBLEWEED. After the quick tour, she announced she "no longer felt sorry for me. This was pretty nice living." She, of course, was not ready to sign on but thought maybe a weekend would be okay. We opted to lunch on the aft deck. The weather was delightful though windy. Aft deck was the place to be. (Yes, I probably should have purchased that jacket at Occoquan.) It was really good to catch up. Let's not wait 4 1/2 years before we see each other again.
