Just sitting aboard the TUMBLEWEED, minding our own business...when we heard such a clatter we had to look...and here's what we saw...Baltimore's authentic paddle wheel dinner/charter boat, the BLACK-EYED SUSAN...must have been completing a training cruise...only crew aboard...but those paddle wheels were something...and operated independently...
